The entry criteria for this award are\u00a0very stringent and cover a number of factors around customer care, clear communication, innovation, systems, best practice, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mr-lender.reviews.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">customer feedback<\/a> <\/strong>as well as internal focus on the development of our staff.
